Small business owner: TechDonkey.com
Website design/management, all aspects, LAMP field. Website Hosting for over 50 clients, personal and small business. Integration of database-driven web applications into client sites: blogs, galleries, BBS applications (Forum software), wikis, etc. Hand-code clean HTML, handy with CSS, extensively use and modify PHP and Javascript tools. HTML editor of choice: Macromedia’s HomeSite. Some Dreamweaver familiarity.
Desktop publishing — including photo scanning and retouching, typesetting. Professional layout/design (magazine, brochure, advertising). Consultant; graphic design. Not an artist but if the client hums a few bars I can fake it. Very comfortable with Quark Express and Adobe Photoshop, and have been using professionally since 1994.
For the home user: Computer system installation and installation, software tutorials, virus and spyware extermination, and the shooting of troubles.
Tri-platform: MS Windows (expert), Macintosh, and Linux
