I want to say, yet again, that if your order is not past the 4-6- weeks wait time reconsider contacting me- much less claiming a dispute with Paypal. And if you do this by all means do not start your email with " it's been 2 1/2 weeks....where's my order, what's going on?"
What's going on:
THIS IS A COTTAGE INDUSTRY, NOT A CONGLOMERATE. I CANNOT GUARANTEE A 2-3 DAY TURNAROUND TIME, BUT I ALWAYS GET MY ORDERS OUT IN THE 4-6 WEEKS SPECIFIED TIME FRAME, UNLESS I'M WAITING ON FACTORY PRODUCTS. AT WHICH TIME I CONTACT THE BUYER.
-I work outta the house like a regular Joe
-I'm presently dealing with a postal system that's, let's just say, not what I'm used to
- the manufacturer of my main product is no longer producing my main product
Those are the surface issues.
I continue to receive orders from folks living outside of the US and/or Canada BEFORE I am contacted about the difference in the shipping cost.
I now have 3 orders from folks in Poland, UK and Italy who must pay additional shipping before the orders are processed. Two of you I have attempted to contact previously and the Italian order came in today so I have yet to deal with it.
I am going to begin to immediately refund any orders received from outside of the US and/or Canada if I have not been contacted first to calculate shipping.
After all of that, I am able to say, that every single order up to today, save the above mentioned 3, are outta here.
Hope all is well. I'm outta town next week so if you don't "hear" from me. No news IS good news.
Also I have some browns left so don't stop contacting me about those
until I say I have none.
The sizes available for the cinnaman browns are teeny, small and large. No mediums left. First come first get 'em before they're gone.
And again if 4-6 weeks is too long, I may not be the one for you. But also realize that most orders get out before that time, when I can devote dick time to making dicks rather than dealing with them.
